SUMMARY: How far would you go to get revenge?
When Chelsea Givens discovered that her ex-boyfriend Drew dumped her to be with her former best friend Lizzie, she'd never felt so betrayed in her life. Then her new friend Shannon tells her she can help set things right. Chelsea's willing to listen, but what Shannon wants her to believe -- that she shared a past life with Drew -- is impossible. And what she wants her to do to get him back … well, it's downright crazy.
Could Shannon be telling the truth? And if she is, what lengths will Chelsea go if it means making Lizzie pay?
Find out in Vengeance, the second part of the Transcend Time Saga.
*Vengeance is the short story that bridges the events in Remembrance and the final novel in the Saga.

My Review

Vengeance is a short story that falls between the first and last books of the Transcend Time Saga by Michelle Madow. In the first book, Remembrance, we learn the story of Lizzie and Drew, while Vengeance is from Lizzie’s best friend Chelsea. Chelsea was hurt to find out her boyfriend and best friend went behind her back and started dating. Her friend, Shannon, want to help her get Drew back, and get revenge on Lizzie for her betrayal.

This is a very short and quick read, with only 51 pages. I devoured this story in less than an hour, and love it. I have to say, I loved how Vengeance tell the story of Chelsea, and explores what she will do to be with the man she loves. It leaves off on a huge cliffhanger, and I cannot wait to find out what happens when the final book comes out this year. If you have read Remembrance, Vengeance is a must read. For those who have not read Remembrance, pick it up. The Kindle version is currently on sale through April for only .99.

I really enjoyed Remembrance. I can't imagine reading from Chelsea's point of view. I didn't like her at all in Renembrance. I'm wondering if Vengeance would change that. Glad you enjoyed this one!
